Castle and Gray oversaw and aided in the building of the affordable apartment community, which consisted of two residential buildings; totaling 84 units comprised of one and two-bedroom spaces. The project also included a 3,495 square foot two story community room, with multipurpose rooms, and an out door open green space.

  • LEED Platinum Certification by the United States Green building Council presented April 2012  (Platinum is the highest rating that the USGBC awards to projects that employ green building techniques, power and water saving technologies, energy creation technologies such as photovoltaic solar panels, and use sustainable building materials.)
  • Won Gold award from the National Association of Home Builders 50+ Housing
  • Awarded a PCBC Gold Nugget as a “Judges Special Award of Excellence.
  • Universal Design techniques are used throughout the site. All units are accessible by wheelchair and adaptable for full accessibility with minor modifications.
